Our Story

Maxipos began as the shared dream of two university friends. After gaining experience in marketing at L'Oréal and lastminute.com, they took the leap and launched Maxipos in January 2001 to assist brands in sourcing their packaging more efficiently and cost-effectively.

They quickly gained high-profile clients like L'Oréal and French Connection, establishing themselves as leaders in luxury packaging and branded merchandise.

Today, the remaining founder, Stephen Gibbons, runs Maxipos from their Oxford head office. He has built a dedicated team of conscientious project managers with hands-on experience in product packaging and branded merchandise, giving them the insight needed to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

The Maxipos Supply Base

We work with outstanding UK factories for most of our packaging production, keeping things local whenever possible to reduce lead times and our impact on the environment.

For items that aren’t cost-effective to produce in the UK, we rely on trusted long-term partners in Turkey, India, and China. No matter where production happens, our service and commitment to clients remain the same.


CSR Requirements

  • No discrimination is practised in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.

  • Regular employment is provided. - No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed.

• Suppliers should work actively to improve the environment in the communities in which they operate and pursue initiatives to bring about such improvement.

• We expect suppliers to respect the human rights of their employees and to comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and directives in the countries and communities in which they operate.

• We work together with our clients, factories and SGS in order to make sure that all products sourced are complying with UK market regulations.
