Beauty Pie Christmas Bauble Carton

Beauty Pie is a disruptive subscription-based skincare and cosmetic brand that offers customers great prices for high-quality products.

We helped them create a custom bauble-style box to house six scrunchies in Christmas packaging. The bauble was created using FBB 240gsm white pearl paper with a pearlescent shimmer. To enhance the design, festive icons were repeated across the bauble’s panels, finished with either gold Kurtz 223 foil or blind embossing. Finally, a ribbon loop was fixed to the top of the bauble so that Beauty Pie’s customers could hang it on their Christmas tree as a gift. Clever tuck-in flaps in the packaging’s construction allowed the bauble to be easily assembled.

We sent 20,000 unconstructed units to our silk hair tie factory so that they could be packed and sealed before shipping the gift sets to the UK and US.
