Beauty Pie Silk Hair Ties with EVA Pouch

Beauty Pie is a disruptive subscription-based skincare and cosmetic brand that offers customers great prices for high-quality products.

For Christmas 2020, Beauty Pie sought to expand its gifting range with luxury silk accessories, including hair ties. We collaborated with our trusted Chinese silk factory to create initial plain samples using high-grade 22-momme mulberry silk for a premium product. After approval, we provided branded samples with woven and printed tags, with Beauty Pie ultimately choosing the printed tag design. To package the hair ties as sets, we supplied frosted EVA pouches for six ties each, printed with one-color artwork and featuring a small metal chain.

A total of 2,000 sets were delivered for the online launch, with subsequent reorders increasing to 20,000 units, including a new caramel-coloured option.
