Vorwerk – Standard Fold Carrier Bag

Established in 1883, Vorwerk started life as a carpet factory and since then has been an excellent example of companies being able to adapt. They are now at the forefront of innovation in household appliances, while also being active in the industries of cosmetics, engineering, flooring and more.

Vorwerk can now be found in 79 countries, and their long-lasting, high-performance products combine form with function, this has led to one in every two mainland Europe households owning one of their appliances.

Vorwerk contacted Maxipos asking us to create a luxury carrier bag to be used in their retail stores across the UK; once the style and artwork were decided we created some printed samples for Vorwerk to review.

The approved bag was constructed as a standard fold paper carrier bag with green grosgrain ribbon handles coming out from subtle slits made in the top turnover of the front panels.

The material used was 220gsm Artpaper with added matt lamination to the outside to protect the quality of the bag whilst in use.

For the artwork, the main logos were hot foil printed in a metallic silver foil and the social media icons were printed in Vorwerk’s specific green Pantone colour for brand coherence.

The bag were produced at one of our factories in Turkey and have since been reordered.
