Arbonne Skincare products, based on botanical principles, was founded in 1975 by Petter Mørck together with a group of leading biochemists, biologists and herbalists.
The products are now shared throughout the world by the Arbonne network of Independent Consultants. The product line has since grown to include both inner and outer health and beauty products that are unparalleled in quality, safety, value, benefits and results.
In 2018 Arbonne contacted Maxipos as they were looking for a printed eco-friendly corrugated postal shipper.
As Maxipos have a vast experience in supplying bespoke ecommerce boxes, we were able to provide Arbonne with a number of samples in various sizes and styles.
After assessing the samples, Arbonne found that the 0427 style carton with a hinged lid and tuck flap was the most suitable shipper for their needs. The shipper was created from 180WK on the inside and 200KK E flute material on the outside which provided the extra strength required and as a bonus the material was fully recyclable.
The carton was then printed with a three colour artwork (white / green / dark green) at 75% coverage on the outside and one colour print with green reversed out text at 90% coverage on the inside. Both sides also had machine varnish applied to them.
5,350 units of these shippers were produced in a short period of time to meet the tight deadline provided. They were then packed onto standard pallets before being delivered to Arbonne’s warehouse.
