Philip Kingsley – the first person to introduce the concept of ‘hair textures’ into the industry and also coin the term ‘bad hair day’ – is the world’s leading trichologist and believes that ‘healthy hair is beautiful hair’.
In 2018 Philip Kingsley asked Maxipos to produce a Folding Box Board carton with a tuck-in end and an internal Folding Box Board fitment to hold two Trichotherapy tubes.
The Trichotherapy Custom Folding Box Board for Philip Kingsley was produced form 445mic Ensocoat board material and printed with five different artworks. Three of the artworks were printed in two standard pantone colours and had matt lamination applied to them, as well as silver foiling and embossing. The two remaining artworks were printed in two standard pantone colours that were different to the other three artworks. These then had machine varnish applied to them.
Across the five artworks, 18,550 units of the cartons were produced. For each artwork, both the carton and fitment were separately packed flat into suitable stock outer cartons to be palletised and then delivered to Philip Kingsley’s warehouse.
