L’Occitane – Rigid Foiled Gift Box

L’Occitane offers natural beauty products dedicated to well-being, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean art-de-vivre and traditions.

With products which are rich in natural active ingredients and essential oils, L’Occitane’s body, skincare, bath and hair ranges feature luxurious fragrances and textures from natural ingredients such as almond, shea butter, lavender and immortelle.

Maxipos and L’Occitane have worked together since 2008, and we have completed over 200 projects across a wide range of promotional items and packaging products. We have mainly dealt with the UK head office but we have also produced several items with their procurement team in the Paris head office.

One such project was a rigid Christmas Gift Box for their Skincare range which was used by several of their European markets including the UK, France, Germany and Luxemburg. Our UK factory used a 1500mic white lined board for the main construction of the box and we provided a plain, unprinted sample initially so that the box size and construction could be approved.

The box was then printed in 2 colours with matt lamination with the logo on the lid silver foiled and embossed to give the box a Christmas feel. There were 2 different artwork versions and in total 35,000 units were produced and delivered in a 4 week period.
