Scott Dunn – Rigid Presentation Box

Maxipos has been working with Scott Dunn to improve their packaging which they use to send out important documentation to their client base.

We developed a premium rigid box and lid with 3 different internal fitments to hold the holiday documentation, a passport holder and a set of premium playing cards. The initial production run was based on a simple black and white artwork with gloss lamination. After that, Scott Dunn wanted to improve the quality of the box so our UK factory used a 120gsm black Popset material for the lid and base with a 400gsm black Popset for the internal fitments.

To complete a quality finish, each lid was silver foil blocked with the Scott Dunn logo. Before packing into shipping cartons, each box had the correct fitment inserted and was then individually polybagged to protect the boxes during transit. All of the boxes were produced in the UK to a lead time of around 4 weeks from order.
