Arbonne Recyclable Sustainable E-Commerce Shipper

Founded in 1975, Arbonne is a global skincare brand rooted in botanical principles. In 2018, Arbonne sought an eco-friendly corrugated postal shipper and contacted Maxipos for a solution.

Maxipos provided various samples, and Arbonne selected the 0427-style carton with a hinged lid and tuck flap. Made from fully recyclable 180WK inner and 200KK E flute material, the shipper offered extra strength and sustainability. The exterior was printed with a three-colour design (white, green, dark green) at 75% coverage, while the interior featured a single green print at 90% coverage, both sides varnished for durability.

Maxipos produced 5,350 units on a tight schedule, delivering them promptly to Arbonne’s warehouse.
