L'Occitane Quilted Pouch with Gusset

L’Occitane offers natural beauty products inspired by Mediterranean traditions, rich in active ingredients and essential oils. Maxipos has collaborated with L’Occitane since 2008, completing over 200 projects in promotional items and bespoke cosmetic packaging, including for their US marketing team. One notable project was a promotional gift-with-purchase pouch for the launch of their colognes.

L’Occitane requested a leather-effect pouch with diamond quilting in lime green and lemon yellow to represent the two new colognes. We provided material swatches for selection, and the approved faux leather PU was used for the pouch. We added stitching for the diamond effect, a branded patch with the white L’Occitane logo, and a metallic zip pull. The zips and internal lining were colour-matched to the pouch colours.

Each pouch was individually polybagged by our factory before being packed in shipping cartons. In total, 19,000 units were produced and delivered to the US within 10 weeks from order confirmation and final sample approval.
