On Group is a British beauty and wellness manufacturer of several premium brands. They approached Maxipos to enhance the packaging of their Proto-Col collagen sachets.
We created a packaging solution of a box with a base and sleeve, which delivered a functional yet stylish design. We used a 500-micron GC1/GC2 board for the base and a 350gsm coated board for the sleeve. The base remained unprinted, while the Pantone-printed sleeve featured three different artworks, including one specifically for the French market. The trays were precisely crafted with slits to securely hold the collagen sachets, ensuring everything stayed perfectly in place.
20,000 units were delivered creased, folded and glued, ready for market launch.
