Cou Cou Intimates Folding Box Board Product Cartons

Maxipos collaborated with Cou Cou Intimates to create sustainable packaging for their compostable underwear range, which is sold exclusively at Selfridges.

We produced 8 luxury box designs using 400gsm Brown Kraft Paper, featuring crisp white text that contrasted elegantly against the natural finish of the box board. Each carton included a die-cut hole, allowing customers to see and feel the quality of the product inside. We handled the whole process, including die-cutting, folding, and glueing.

Following an initial order of 4,000 units, Maxipos was thrilled to secure a second order for Cou Cou Intimates’ expanding range—reflecting our shared commitment to quality and sustainability.
