Desmond & Dempsey FSC Mailer Envelope

Desmond & Dempsey make premium nightwear inspired by men's shirts. After working with Maxipos on luxury gift boxes, Desmond & Dempsey wanted to shift to eco-friendly mailer envelopes for their online orders. The goal was to move away from plastic packaging while maintaining the brand's values and luxury aesthetic.

Maxipos researched suitable materials and found a Swedish supplier offering FSC-certified paper, ensuring the envelopes were responsibly sourced and 100% recyclable. Durable enough for transit, these 90gsm brown envelopes featured one of Desmond & Dempsey’s iconic designs printed in white on both sides.

A total of 10,000 units were produced, which have since been popular with the customers.
