Steel & Jelly 0427 Flexo Printed E-Commerce Shipper

Founded in 2004, Steel & Jelly is a father-son brand with 40 years of experience in the fashion industry, dedicated to blending contemporary and traditional British design. They approached Maxipos seeking a durable and eco-friendly corrugated postal shipper for their e-commerce orders, requiring an unusually large size.

To meet their needs, we provided a variety of samples in different materials and styles. Steel & Jelly selected a 0427 shipper with a hot melt glue closure and a perforated opening. They opted for 150K/KE flute material for recyclability. Both the interior and exterior were flexo printed in one colour, featuring their branding and artwork with machine varnish.

Maxipos produced 1,500 units, ensuring Steel and Jelly’s products reach customers safely.
